REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All items are made-to-order specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you the correct item.

Quality Issues: We take pride in our quality. If there's a printing error or quality issue with your item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement.

No Returns For:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Minor color variations (screens display colors differently)

Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping, as each item is custom-made for you.
