SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All our products are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your item is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times: Once your item has been produced and shipped, delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Total Time: Please note that the total time from order to delivery is processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your building's reception. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at kraftclothinguk@gmail.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
